Dog Training:

Tailored dog training programs geared towards helping pet parents understand and meet the needs of the modern dog

At Wild Hearts Canine Academy, we don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all training. We start by working with clients to recognize the subtle signs of stress and arousal in their dogs. From there, we help clients build the skills needed to modify their dog's environment in order to reduce unwanted behaviors. Next, we focus on building skills that allow dogs to respond calmly and appropriately in real-life situations. Our experience has shown us that dogs need outlets for their energy, consistent cues, and clear indicators of correct behavior choices. When these needs are met, dogs can learn to cope with the stress of busy life better than ever before. Our approach creates confident dogs, informed owners, and lasting results that support real relationships, not just obedience. Clear communication between guardian and pet creates stronger bonds, and a joyful, cooperative life with pets.
